- Agreements with civil-law notaries on the rates, and communication between the civil-law notary and yourself in English *
- Agreements with estate agents and surveyors on the rates, and communication between the estate agent and yourself in English *
- Agreements with tax consultants and financial advisers specialized in matters relevant to expats.
- The Hague Expat Mortgage completes the tax return for the provisional rebate in the first year of financing free of charge for its customers.
*Some documents have to be drawn up and signed in Dutch. In those cases, a translation and/or an interpreter will be arranged.
